WOMEN'S KIT

Compiling a hygiene kit can add up. You do not have to include every item listed but the priority for the women’s kit should go to sanitary and hygiene supplies.   

Amazon is not always the cheapest place for many things (although undeniably convenient). Local corner/hardware and pound shops can be an excellent alternative.

Lastly, please don’t forget to write a message of encouragement to the bucket’s recipient (including mothers of the babies!)  

This can be as simple as telling them how brave the world thinks they are; that they are welcome in the UK or that you stand with them in their fight.
